Jonas Farm Barns self catering nr Cromer, North Norfolk
The Jonas Farm Barns were, up to 2002, part of a working farm. They have been carefully converted to a very high quality standard in order to provide self-catering holiday guest accommodation in North Norfolk. The barns have been named after local well known Norfolk Halls.
The barns are situated 1 mile from Cromer, North Norfolk, being an ideal holiday destination 5 miles from Sheringham and 28 miles from Norwich. There is a regular bus service passing the door, and Roughton Road station is about 1/2 mile away, with a regular train service to Sheringham, Cromer, Wroxham, Norwich and other intermediate stations on the Bittern Line.
Many barns are suitable for families and children, and there is a childrens play area adjacent to the pool-house. A great holiday destination for visitors of any age or interest at any time of year.
Guests can enjoy use of indoor pool at their own risk (13m x 6m x 1.4m, with changing facilities, showers and toilets) and children's play area adjacent. You are requested to bring your own swimming towels.
IMPORTANT
There is no lifeguard for the pool. Children of any age must be supervised at all times and nobody can use the pool area on their own. Please refer to the swimming pool rules as these are a condition of rental.
The barns are also ideal for walkers (there are many National and Norfolk trails in the area as well as the countryside, seascapes and marshes), cyclists with lots of off-road routes and quiet country lanes, birders and naturists (there is a stunning array of freshwater and seawater birds and the countryside is full of colourful birdlife along with many RSPB and Norfolk Wildlife Trust nature reserves offering everything for the naturist), golfers (including courses at Cromer, West Runton , Sheringham, Mundesley and Fakenham amongst them) along with a host of other leisure activities.
The barns are independently owned and marketed but common areas on the site are managed by a management committee comprising the barn owners.
