The Felmingham Barn is a spacious single storey barn offering excellent self-catering accommodation for 4/5 persons. Originally the piggery in times gone by, it is full of character with high ceilings and exposed roof timbers in the living area and flint/brick walls in the bedrooms and hallway.

The barn comprises 2 spacious bedrooms - one double and one twin room (an additional occasional bed is also available if required); open plan
living/dining/kitchen area, and bathroom, including over-bath shower & screen.

Underfloor heating ensures that the barn is suitable for all year round use.

The Felmingham barn occupies an enviable position with extended views over the local countryside from the living space and rundle patio.

Guests can enjoy use of indoor pool at their own risk (13m x 6m x 1.4m, with changing facilities, showers and toilets) and children's play area adjacent. You are requested to bring your own swimming towels.

IMPORTANT
There is no lifeguard for the pool. Children of any age must be supervised at all times and nobody can use the pool area on their own. Please refer to the swimming pool rules as these are a condition of rental.

Private parking (and Wi-Fi) are included.

There is a no smoking & no pets policy.
